LEWIS Hamilton will not be docked points yet after McLaren escaped immediate punishment in the F1 spy scandal. There was ‘insufficient evidence’ to punish McLaren following an extraordinary disciplinary hearing of the World Motor Sport Council (WMSC) in Paris today (Thursday).
